He was born on July 10 th his name is scout and he’s a Silver American lab and I do have akc papers for registration . He’s potty trained , good with our older lab dog and is around our grandkids daily . He’s curious when it comes to our cat and likes to chase him . The issue for me is he’s too high strung he’s very energetic and hyper and may have a anxiety separation issue bc he tends to eat and destroy stuff if left unattended he does like to counter surf and take things . He currently isn’t fixed we had plans for that at the end of the month but unsure if that will still happen

Cashier’s check scams have become increasingly common in recent years, and it is essential to be aware of them to avoid falling prey to fraudsters.
One of the most common types of cashier’s check scams involves receiving a fake check and being asked to cash it and then wire a portion of the money back to the sender.
To protect yourself from such scams, it is advisable to verify the authenticity of any cashier’s checks you receive and only accept payment methods that you trust.
